Web Hosting and Domain

• Web Hosting: Your package includes web hosting on one of our shared hosting servers for one year. After the first year, the service renews at $100 per year for both domain and hosting.
• Domain: The included domain only applies if the client does not already own a domain. If the client wishes to use an existing domain, a transfer fee will apply.
• CMS: If the client opts for a CMS, it must be WordPress.
• Domain and Hosting Transfer: We can transfer a hosting account and/or domain for an additional fee. Only the Plus package can be transferred.
• Google Analytics Integration: The client must have a Google Analytics account to be able to integrate it with their website.
• Third-Party Services: We use third-party services and are not responsible for their performance or reliability.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation Period: Clients have 14 business days from the start of the project to cancel for a full refund.
• Pro-Rata Refund: After the initial 14 days, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, only covering the portion of the work not yet completed.
• Post-Approval Refunds: Refunds will not be granted once the project is approved by the client.
• Hosting and Domain Renewal: Clients can cancel the yearly hosting and domain charges at any time before the renewal date. If the client does not respond to renewal notices, refunds cannot be issued.

Limitation on Liability

• Damages and Losses: We are not responsible for any damages or losses to client websites or data, including any penalties from search engines or search sites.
• Search Engine Penalties: We are not responsible for any penalties imposed by search engines.
• Waiver of Claims: Clients waive any claims against us for loss, theft, malfunction, or disruption of services.
• SEO Performance: We do not guarantee first-page search engine results and are not responsible for any loss in rankings or traffic due to search engine updates.
